Having grown up first-generation to Greek parents on the Jersey Shore, Nicolas Evgeniou owes a lot of his drive to honoring the spirit and magic embodied on both of these beaches. Most of his current artwork aims to capture this essence of his seaside upbringing— embracing youth, leisure, motion, the sun, sweat, and the sand that’s left in shoes at the end of the day.

Nic received a BFA in Integrated Design with a focus on anthropology and material communication from Parsons School of Design in NYC.

Spirit Soaring exists as an outlet to make everyday pieces, and to have some fun. :~)
